Fenugreek Leaves Dumplings (Methi Muthia)
Story : Spinach – Palak (large leaves) were straightening the ruffles on their leaves while Fenugreek – methi (small leaves) looked on and suggested “let’s combine our leaves together to make a ball giving double the health benefits to those who consume us”. We don’t want to be fried in oil and get burnt, and thus the steamed Muthias were invented.
