  • Procedure to Prepare Aloe Vera Juice:
  • Cut the leaf horizontally into 4 parts diagonally.
  • Remove the sharp ends and peel off the green top layer.
  • Scoop out the the gel and place in a bowl.
  • Measure out 2 tbsp. gel for each cup in the blender.
  • Add water and lime juice and blend until the liquid becomes frothy and homogeneous.
  • It looks like a colloid with small particles floating in the translucent infusion.
  • Add cucumbers at last for flavor. (if using)
  • Pour Aloe Vera juice into a glass jug and store in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with 2-3 cubes of ice in each glass.
